Herbert Zlotogorski
Managing Partner
Herb Zlotogorski has over 25 years experience in senior management positions. He has served as interim CEO of TriSixty Security, an Israeli venture backed security Software Company. Prior to that he founded and was the CEO of ScaleMP where he led the company through initial product shipment, first OEM agreement and raised both the series A and B. Previously Mr. Zlotogorski had been the CEO of Global Commerce Zone and COO of Accent Software. Before moving to Israel in 1991 he served in various technology management positions in the United States, the last position as VP Technology at Bankers Trust Corporation in New York where he was responsible for Funds Transfer New Architecture and Disaster Recovery for the Funds Transfer Network.
Through his experience, Herb has been on both sides of the investment transaction. His experience as a founder as well as his being brought in as a turn around CEO by venture funds enables him to understand the investment transaction and company building process.
Herb is also an avid cyclist and is a founder of a charity bike ride for the Alyn Children’s Hospital. The ride is the largest charity bike ride in Israel and is run annually.
Ahuvah Berger

Ahuvah Berger joined SaddleRock Advisors in 2007 as an associate. She is responsible for finding the early and mid-stage companies. Previously she was the business analyst for IDT Ventures, a group within IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) in Jerusalem, Israel. Prior to IDT Corp, Ahuvah worked for University Sports Publications in New York City as an advertising associate. She began her career as an analyst for Hawkes Peers, Inc, an upper level management recruiting firm that specializes in Fortune 500 companies. Ahuvah attended Northeastern University in Boston and majored in American Sign Language Interpreting.
Ahuvah is an avid lover and user of technology and keeps her ear to the ground for all the latest technology rumblings.
